I keep a jar of Magnesium cream handy for just such an occasion. It soaks into the joint and loosens tight muscles quickly.

Sometimes I suffer from migraines. It's much better since I figured out milk products were my trigger, but non the less I still do have them. A little cream on the back of my neck, followed up with some magnesium seems to make it subside well enough for me to function.

My head isn't 100% and I still want to wear very dark sunglasses, but I'm able to work on my bright sunny farm afterwards. I share my experiences to hopefully help someone else in pain.

Goat Milk Soap

This soap will help you feel clean and smooth. It aids in dry skin, eczema, and acne. I use cold process to make the soap, so be sure to ask about availability. I let it cure out for six weeks before it is available.
Bug Repellent

This spray helps keep those pesky gnats out of your face and out of your ears. Just give it a shake first and spray every 20-30 minutes. (It lasts as long as the carrier oil stays wet on your skin.) It's also pet friendly!
